Whitelabel user can't open connector details. When refresh, error page occurs

Unsuccessful quick fixes: trying from different browser & incognito

When user clicks the compliance connector in “Ready for Setup”, configuration wizard doesn’t show, just right grey placeholder. Not reproducible on our end, and also for IE it works as expected. Only occurs for the user.

When then user clicks “close” and refreshes, then he receives a insufficient permission screen (in admin he has self-service connector permission)
