See documentation for Relations
Keeping track of supplier onboarding can feel like chasing shadows. Invitations get sent, accounts sit pending, and before you know it you’re digging through emails or spreadsheets just to confirm who’s actually connected.
In the Relations module in ecosio’s Monitor, you can finally see everything in one place. Every supplier user linked to Flow, every invite status, every bit of activity. No guesswork, no chasing updates, just clarity when you need it most.
Easily see who’s connected and where onboarding stands.
When several teams handle supplier onboarding, it’s easy for details to get lost. One person sends invites, another tracks responses, someone else checks access. In the past, much of this work had to be managed by ecosio’s Integration Engineers, creating extra steps for teams who just needed to see supplier progress. The Relations module brings it all together, showing every supplier user linked to Flow, ecosio’s modern Web EDI portal, along with their current status.
You can:
View whether invitations have been accepted or are still pending
Send or re-send invitations where allowed under GDPR
Disable supplier accounts when access is no longer required
Export all user data as a CSV file for reporting or internal records
No more wondering who’s in and who’s not. You get a single, reliable overview that saves time and keeps everyone aligned.
Understand supplier engagement without chasing updates.
Even when onboarding looks complete, it’s not always clear what’s happening behind the scenes. Has a supplier logged in? Are they actually using the portal? The Relations module tracks these interactions automatically, building a clear picture of activity over time.
You can monitor:
Successful logins and password resets
Documents received and notifications delivered
It’s simple but powerful. You can see who’s active, who might need help, and where to follow up without waiting for issues to surface.
Give procurement and IT the same, up-to-date view.
When information is scattered, collaboration slows down. Procurement might know which suppliers are delayed, but IT does not see it until there is a problem. The Relations module changes that by giving both teams access to the same data.
Procurement can follow onboarding progress in real time, while IT monitors access and user activity directly. Everyone stays informed, and suppliers get the smooth, consistent experience they expect.
With one shared view, communication becomes effortless and supplier onboarding runs as it should, steady, transparent and stress-free.
