The Onboarding’s module in Monitor now includes conversations. For the first time, you can collaborate on onboarding’s directly in one place instead of relying on phone calls, emails or chat threads. Combined with ecosio’s fully managed onboarding service, this means every update, file and decision stays in context, so projects move faster and smoother, and nothing slips through the cracks.

Collaboration is now built into the module through conversations
Start a conversation and assign an owner or a user group
Create follow-up conversations to hand off the next step
Preview context, then close the conversation when work is complete
Every conversation sits alongside files, comments and history
Project overview shows all active onboardings and connections, including risks and progress
File sharing supports EDIFACT, XML, Word, Excel and PDF directly inside the conversation
With history always visible, mapping and connection issues are resolved faster

User groups are set up and managed in company settings
A new update disables comments on tickets once they are closed. If further action is needed, users can now create a new, linked support ticket instead.
