We’ve introduced self-service country connectors in the ecosio Monitor to make it easier and faster for you to set up compliant e-invoicing connections for selected countries. These connectors give you clear, step-by-step guidance directly in the Monitor for onboarding to platforms such as Poland’s KSeF or Hungary’s NAV and we are actively currently working on self-service connectors for Peru’s SUNAT and Mexico CFDI. Each guide is designed with the exact requirements of the local authority, helping you avoid common setup issues like validation errors, credential mismatches, or missing metadata.
Country-specific setup guides
You now see tailored instructions for each supported country. This includes credential requirements, technical steps, and common error scenarios.
Pre-validated connection points
The connector templates follow each country’s API and format rules, reducing trial-and-error during setup.
Reduced dependency on manual communication
Instead of exchanging certificates, tokens, or URLs via email or chat, the guided flow collects and structures all required inputs directly in Monitor.
Faster onboarding to CTC platforms
In clearance-based systems like ANAF or KSeF, correct protocol setup is essential. The new connectors help you complete these technical steps with less back-and-forth and fewer retries.
Many CTC-model countries require strict sequencing, authentication logic, and schema-level accuracy before an invoice can be accepted by the tax authority. Any issues in this setup lead to delays or rejections in your e-invoicing flow.
With the new guided connectors you benefit from:
Less time spent on technical preparation
First-time submissions thanks to structured data entry
Clear visibility into what’s required for each jurisdiction
Contact the ecosio Onboarding & Operations team to enable the connector in your Monitor instance.
Go to Connectors in Monitor.
Select the E-invoicing connector option.
Follow the country-specific documentation displayed in your setup flow.
Enter credentials, upload certificates (where required), and complete the guided checks.
Upon completion of these steps, your connection will become ready to use and invoices will follow the correct, compliant submission path for that authority.
Available only for selected CTC-model countries (Romania, Poland, Hungary).
Countries with decentralised or post-audit models aren’t yet supported via self-service.
More jurisdictions will be added over time as mandates evolve. Next will be Mexico’s CFDI and Peru’s SUNAT (Q1 2026)
