Unavailable Multi-tenant API Connectors

Given the customer has a multi-tenant API connector & self-service connector roles, when user goes to the connector page, then they cannot see the multi-tenant API connectors.

Consistently reproducible.

Failed quick fixes:

• Doesn’t seem to be related to lack of Partner Relation user assignment, because after assigning issue still occurs.

• Partner inheritance flag ON / OFF didn’t change outcome
