Essity reported that the download feature is not working correctly with one or multiple message downloads on Message overview page.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to Message Overview page, and select 1 or more messages in any state
Click download OR quick download (bug appears in both cases)
Try to open the downloaded zip file
Get the error: unsupported format
